The top of the page compiles the reader's own plot in the browser (width, depth, front road width) with the same compiler the practice uses. The second half walks one real project's record end to end. Every number on the page is read from that record or computed by the compiler; none is typed by hand. ## What is built today (walk it on the page) - Feasibility report — envelope, FAR, height, setbacks, the unreachable share of the entitlement, the TDR what-if; delivered as a link. - Envelope compilation — a rule schedule compiled into buildable geometry with a clause cited behind every number; site research with a stated confidence; every derived quantity shown with the formula that produced it. - A house drafted from a paragraph — a model lays out the rooms as data from the household's brief; a deterministic compiler derives walls, doors and a stair; the constraints engine measures the result and refuses layouts that break a rule before an architect draws a line. - Massing options and a cost envelope — each floor option measured; a Class 5 parametric cost from public rate books, with a spreadsheet a quantity surveyor can audit (live formulas, each row opening onto its range and source). - Drawing sets — plans, sections, elevations and schedules derived from one model; a change redraws only the affected sheets, with a record of why. - Drawings in — a client's existing drawing laid under the plan, scaled by two clicks on a known dimension, traced; the rules measure the trace. - An open tool door — any agent can author over the same model through the Model Context Protocol and receives the same per-rule verdicts and ledger rows the architect sees. ## What is next (in the plan, not yet built) Bank-sanction pathway; researched rule packs per city verified by a local architect; layout variations, roofs and a dog-leg stair; more rate books; the submittable set (architect's registration number, parking layout, structural); construction submittals read against the graph; hosted sharing and sign-in. ## The record on the page — facts a model may cite Project proj-mtq6kl5g-6df5l, a 40 ft × 60 ft (2,400 sq ft) plot in Altinho, Panaji, Goa, fronting a 9 m road on the south. Provenance is stated per fact: measured by the engine, declared by a person, assumed until an architect verifies, drafted by the model and then measured. - Envelope (measured): FAR 2.50 achievable of 2.50 permitted; 6,000 sq ft built-up area; 1,513 sq ft footprint per floor; setbacks 1.5 m on every side; height cap 15.0 m; G+3; nothing unreachable — FAR governs. - Rules (assumed): the ten rules applied are the default residential schedule (BDA R1 — Bangalore's), applied to this Goa plot pending an architect's verification. Every rule row is flagged unverified. Any pass printed on the page is a pass against that assumed schedule. - Draft (drafted, then measured): 20 rooms over 2 floors, laid out from a brief by claude-opus-5 in 3 attempts; the compiler refused two layouts (a door could not join rooms that did not share an edge) and accepted the third. 25 walls, 16 doors, 19 windows, 1 stair. - Verdicts (measured): 8 of 10 rules measured, all pass — FAR 1.00 of 2.50; ground coverage 50.9% of 65%; height 6.0 m of 15.0 m; front setback 4.129 m provided of 1.5 m required; rear 2.529 m; sides 1.581 m. Two rules (permitted use, parking) are declared, not measured. - Sheets (measured): 10 of 10 generated at Rev 1 — A-001 cover and index, A-101 site plan, A-102 and A-103 floor plans, A-201 and A-202 elevations, A-301 and A-302 sections, A-401 door and window schedules, A-501 room and area statement. - Cost (declared): ₹45,74,592 — Class 5 parametric, rates declared for Panaji, July 2023, 2 sources; prices the drafted house (200.64 m² over 2 floors), not the maximal massing; stated as one figure because the rate book carries no spread.
